I recently had an eye-opening conversation with Michael Yeung on the Marketing Minds Podcast.

Michael has a powerful thesis that I think every entrepreneur needs to hear:

"While AI will not replace VAs, VAs who use AI will replace VAs who do not."

This perfectly captures where we're headed - it's not about choosing between humans OR technology. It's about combining them to create what Michael calls "compound leverage."

Remember how I mentioned that VAs can now train themselves using AI? Let me show you exactly how this works with Michael's favorite tools:

Tool #1: Notebook LM (Your Company Wiki on Steroids)

This is Google's newest AI tool and it's absolutely revolutionary for training VAs.

Here's the magic - unlike ChatGPT or Perplexity which can sometimes hallucinate facts, Notebook LM ONLY draws information from your internal documents.

You can upload:

• Your HR manual

• Onboarding playbooks

• SOP stack

• Company policies

• Everything about your internal operations

Then your VA can ask it questions and get instant, accurate answers WITH references to the source documents.

No more 40-page onboarding manuals that nobody reads. Just instant, just-in-time learning.

Tool #2: Perplexity (Your VA's Research Assistant)

This is Michael's favorite tool for researching and building SOPs.

This one blew my mind...

Michael has his VAs upload all his coaching call transcriptions, training modules, and team meetings into Deli. Now when VAs have questions, they can literally ask "AI Michael" and get responses in his exact tone and style.

It even quotes him accurately - like his favorite management principle: "Mistakes made once is a learning opportunity. Mistakes made twice is a choice."

Tool #4: Claude (The Ultimate Writing Assistant)
