I recently had an eye-opening conversation with Michael Yeung on the Marketing Minds Podcast.
Michael has a powerful thesis that I think every entrepreneur needs to hear:

Tool #1: Notebook LM (Your Company Wiki on Steroids)
This is Google's newest AI tool and it's absolutely revolutionary for training VAs.
Here's the magic - unlike ChatGPT or Perplexity which can sometimes hallucinate facts, Notebook LM ONLY draws information from your internal documents.
You can upload:
Your HR manual
Onboarding playbooks
SOP stack
Company policies
Everything about your internal operations
